All currently offered job positions are listed on our website, section Carrier. We appreciate every CV we receive and especially your interest in working in Šmídl s.r.o.
The selection procedure
You can apply for the full time job in our company by sending
your CV (preferably in Czech, only where English is required at
specified positions include also English version) and covering
letter (which should describe the reason why would you like to work
in our company, which position you are interested in and what you
can offer) at the email of the department of human resources. You
can also fill out the simple web form and attach your CV and
covering letter.
Your documents will be processed and compared to the requirements
of the given position. Please expect our response in two weeks. If
we do not contact you, it unfortunately means you were not chosen
for the selection procedure.
In case we are interested in knowing you more, we will invite you
for a job interview with our human resources manager, eventually
with the manager of the department the offered post is in. If you
are successful during the interview, we will invite you for one or
two more interviews where you meet other managers and eventually
the manager of the company.
We will notify you about the next steps by telephone or
email.
Our aim is to provide a new experience to every candidate chosen
for the selection procedure. To take part in the selection
procedure for the position of a driver, please fill and send the
form on our website or hand at our human resources department. We
will contact prosperous candidates and arrange a meeting with the
corresponding manager. You will then be notified about the
result.
